FAQ
Frequently asked questions about PulseRelate
Common questions from restoration and construction teams evaluating job management software, workspace setup, and field-friendly CRM tools.
What is PulseRelate?
PulseRelate is a web-based CRM and project workspace built for restoration and construction companies. It brings client records, job pipelines, documents, scheduling, team messaging, and owner reporting into one secure workspace for your company.
Who is PulseRelate designed for?
Restoration contractors, roofing companies, general contractors, and specialty trades that need to track leads, active jobs, field crews, and job files without juggling spreadsheets, texts, and disconnected tools.
How is my company data kept separate from other customers?
Each company gets its own subdomain and isolated workspace. Users sign in only to their tenant, and data is scoped at the database level so one customer cannot access another customer’s records.
Can my team use PulseRelate on phones and tablets in the field?
Yes. The app is responsive and installable as a progressive web app (PWA), so crews can add notes, view schedules, and stay in sync from mobile browsers without a separate native app store download.
Does PulseRelate replace my accounting software?
PulseRelate focuses on operations — leads, jobs, documents, scheduling, and team coordination. It complements accounting tools; some workspaces also use export features to hand off invoice data to QuickBooks or similar systems.
Can we import leads from our website contact form?
Yes. Many teams connect website forms, phone intake tools, or automation platforms so new inquiries land in PulseRelate as prospects. Your onboarding contact can help map the right integration for your setup.
What does onboarding look like?
We provision a dedicated workspace on your company subdomain, configure your admin user, and walk through the workflows that matter most for your team — leads, jobs, documents, and scheduling.
Is there a mobile app in the App Store or Google Play?
PulseRelate runs in the browser and can be installed to your home screen as a PWA. That gives a fast, app-like experience without maintaining separate iOS and Android builds.
How do I request a demo?
Use the contact form on this site to tell us about your company size, trades, and workflows. We will follow up to schedule a walkthrough tailored to your team.
