What this page covers
This page describes how we handle information on the public PulseRelate website (for example when you request a demo or read our marketing pages). Customer workspace data is governed by agreements with each company using the platform.
Information you submit on this site
When you use the contact or demo request form, we collect the details you provide — such as company name, contact name, email, phone, and workflow notes — so we can respond and discuss onboarding.
How we use that information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, evaluate fit, provision a workspace if you become a customer, and improve our product and onboarding process. We do not sell your contact details to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
The marketing site may use essential cookies required for security and basic functionality. If we add analytics tools later, this page will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out where applicable.
Workspace customer data
Each customer company runs in an isolated workspace on its own subdomain. Data entered by that company’s users belongs to that customer relationship and is handled under our service terms with that customer, not mixed with other tenants.
